Dr. Patricia Leone is retiring as of May 20, 2025. Our office will continue providing medical care as well as Suboxone treatment to all our patients at the same location under the direction of Dr. Karen Thornton who is currently in practice in primary care at the same location. We hope you will continue to receive your medical care with Dr. Thornton once Dr. Leone retires.
